Hey there! I'm Candace and I love ALL THE THINGS! I love learning, designing, creating, making, and most recently homesteading. I created this blog to share all the things I love and to inspire others to be the best version of themselves. My desire for you is to laugh with me, learn with me, and all around have a good time.

I have been a creative for as long I long as I can remember. I have always loved art and music. I played saxophone through school, after college I started painting with acrylics and in 2020 picked up watercolor. In 2008, I discovered a love of photography. I have been living in the crafting world for the last 10 years creating and designing with yarn as a crocheter. In 2020, I found myself using a new medium, wood. I purchased a CO2 laser and started creating learning aids and home décor.

Currently, I live in the country on 11 acres trying to figure out how to be a modern-day homesteader. Never in a million years did I think I would own cats, let alone chickens and pigs. I have been learning how to garden and preserve food. It has been challenging, but also an absolute blast. I am excited to try fermenting, and of course sourdough!

I cannot wait to see what is in store as I marry ALL THE THINGS I love in one place.

I am a wife and mother to 5 children that I homeschool. One of the coolest things that I have done is travel with my family in our RV, Beatrix. Since 2017, we have visited 23 states, over 15 National Parks, Monuments, Historic Sites, and have seen thousands of miles of our beautiful country. Check out where we have been.
